Whether it’s within the scope of a single project or over the course of a career, leadership means helping others decide where they want to go, navigate the best route there, and providing support along the way.

My leadership style is founded on transparency and trust balanced with equal expectation and accountability. A few creative leadership tools I’ve sharpened over the years are:

Leading cross-functional teams – including building symbiotic relationships with stakeholders
Championing collaborative ideation – drawing inspiration from industry trends, data, and audience insights
Fostering the growth of the team – as individuals and a collective
